Is my payment actually secure?

Payment is handled directly by PayPal, Alipay, or your card network — Band Booster IELTS never sees or stores your card number. You get a receipt from the payment provider, not just from this site.

Who will I actually be talking to?

Mike, directly, every time — the same CELTA-qualified teacher shown in the video above. There's no pool of unnamed tutors and no assistant standing in for a booked session.

What if the trial isn't the right fit?

There's no subscription and nothing to cancel. Book the trial, see how it goes, and only book a regular session if it's useful to you.

Can I get a refund if I miss a session?

Reschedule for free up to 12 hours before your slot. Cancellations inside that window aren't refunded, since that time was held for you and blocked from other students.
